Alright, I uninstalled Iobit 360 (useless anyways because it 'stole' from Malware Anti-Malware Bytes) and am now scanning with everything software I have, updated.

The only thing that messes with registry might be CCleaner (I use it regularly) and Iobit SystemCare Free (I rarely ever use it).
Something suspicious I find, is that whenever I use CCleaner's registry thing, I always find 'Karos' like:
"Obsolete software key Karos HKLM\Software\Karos" was found right now.
Edit: Nothing found with my malware scans.

sfc /scannow as FNG has mentioned is a great idea. It may help and won't hurt. As for all these registry tools you have used make it very hard if not impossible to figure out all the problems. These types of programs remove, change, or what ever else. No body knows. IMHO fooling around with the registry is for well trained pros which I am not one. Windows 7 does not need all those kinds of things done.

I had actually tried sfc /scannow about 2-3 weeks ago, when I posted a thread of Nexon forums about Dungeon Fighter Online not working, turns out it was some other problem.
I'll see if it fixes these. I've seen the Karos thing since probably last year... Hmm.
EDIT: "Windows Protection did not find any integrity violations"

    Software\Karos
Did you download any game cheats, or go to Karos online Gameplay?

Nope. I haven't downloaded any cheats of any type of game, even visiting a random cheat website. I've never went to any Karos Online ACTUAL website. I do have IJJI though, which publishes Karos Online. I've never visited karos.ijji.com though. The Karos registry always reappears even after it has been 'fixed' by CCleaner.

Should I deactivate TeaTimer and try to fix the registry key?

Hmm, even though I had disabled TeaTimer, aswell as my Avast! shield control, the Obsolete Software Key, Karos, keeps re-appearing.
