    Oops... that was stupid.


    Hi.

    So I'm playing around with my two partitions on my drive on my Windows 7 Professional x64 machine. One specifically for Windows files and installed applications, the other for all my personal junk.

    I right click the second partition ( D: ) and I go to Properties/Security and I decide to lock everyone out except my user.

    ...well...I was dumb and I chose Administrators too. And I overlooked that "Authorized Users" one and locked that out too.

    So now I got a D: not accessible by anyone with all my important data on it. Man I'm an idiot. What should I do?

    have you tried taking the ownership of the drive?
