The best Spyware Remover?

I think i have some spyware or a virus on my pc lawls im running Avast pro. anyways my IE fails to load msn sometimes and i keep geting random add popups when surfing -.- (this Just Started)

Download Malwarebytes, update it and run a full scan.

K Guys i download 2 tools Microsoft Security Essentials and Malwarebytes...
Malwarebytes Found 0 Items But MSE Found 2x Downloaders and a Agent somthing file. Removed them no problem. Havnt got that Popup in a bit =) Woot for MSE!
