| windows 7 8 posts | my pc runs but dosent start anything my pc starts but nothing starts not even the wallpaper nor the toolbar i can move the mouse and click crtl Lshift and del to start task manager but when i try to use explorer it says cant find , but i can start any other exe from there my antivirus dosent find any virus and occasionally my screen gets a blue error screen |

| Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit 670 posts England | Do you have a working computer with a CD drive? (if no cd drive, you can use a memory stick, but that's harder). Google 'puppy linux'. Download the iso file (don't worry, it's a pretty small file). Burn the iso to a blank cd. Boot up the computer eighths disc in tray. Browse the C drive for explorer.exe in the system 32 folder. |

| Windows 7 15 posts | Make sure your hardware are properly connected,and check you BIOS if you are running your graphic card as primary display adapter. Since when is it happening? If your pc was good earler,try doin a system restore...else if reinstalling windows would be a better option. |

| Windows 7 15 posts | No In order to check your BIOS you need to restart pc and quickly press f2 Google it for more info on how to use BIOS..coz a simple change in value could stop your pc to function properly. better safe than sorry ...so id say get some info on how to use bios |
