Get the kaspersky boot disc. This will boot off itself and scan and clean your HDD. Then you can reinstall OS. Looks like all partitions are infected by the virus. If the other method isn't possible, you can install ESET Smart security, update it and do a full scan
I'm not using kaspersky and don't plan to , im using vipre , gonna do a full scan and try to fix my registry , if it still won't be fixed i'm gonna reinstall windows again.

Edit:And the firewall is blocking 1000-2000 threats per day.

Where do you think you got all this malware from? Since you say this is a new install, maybe the win7 disk or torrented apps or shady websites?

You may want to install ESET and do a scan. Not all AVs are capable of cleaning all threats.

Sometimes trying to find a virus or trojan is so time consuming it's not worth the time, you can do a clean install a whole lot faster and easier on to nerves. Then you know it's gone and your not guessing, so do yourself a favor and clean install.

I've seen some apps that looked suspicious i wanted to check them out , and my problem was mainly that i downloaded them and then installed Vipre , and yes not all AV's are capable or removing viruses but im pretty sure ESET or kaspersky or any other would do the same thing , i'm gonna reinstall the windows again i think.

Thats a good idea. If you want to test suspicious apps, do it on vmware or virtualbox or in a sandbox or on a spare computer. My personal benchmark is malwarebytes, a few times when I've been infected and MBAM fails, i know its time to reinstall.

Don't you have a clean system image backup there with you...? Anyway, you may wanna wipe your disk first prior re-installation of Windows.
