Merely deleting the files isn't enough. Run a full scan with your anti-virus. If you have none installed, try avast! or AVG Free. Make sure the threats are truly gone, first and foremost.

Hi,

Forget AVG for a minute. Please download, install, update and do a FULL system scan with the free version of Malwarebytes.

Post a copy of the log so we can see what possible infections you may/may not have.

Regards,
Golden

Can you try to do a system restore to an earlier time, before the message, this time 2 or 3 points past where the infection 1st presented itself? Sometimes the virus/malware embeds itself in the 1st restore point and is still there when you restore.

You may have to run Malwarebytes in safe mode if it won't run it regular mode.
