    my MS security essential found 2 Trojans.

    Hello there, plum001!

    why don't you just install MalwareBytes' Antimalware? here:

    Malwarebytes : Malwarebytes Anti-Malware is a free download that removes viruses and malware from your computer

    Install it, update it, boot into safe mode with networking and do a full scan, remember that MSE is a basic (but good) antivirus, so an aditional scan with MBAM won't hurt, it actually may end up finding some more viruses.

    Hi,

    It depends on which type of trojans have been detected. Malwarebytes will remove most, but there are some that may be more trickier.
