ok i got how to do it from that article . it still says that theres something wrong with the autochk.exe even though it now checks the drive for errors since i replaced it.

I went through the log you provided and saw a few things that need fixing. I just don't feel confident enough in my own abilities to tell someone else what to do. So my recommendation is to not try to fix individual system file problems manually, but to do a Repair Install.
