Uninstall 100% any and all anti-virus software and security software you have installed.

download, install and use Microsoft Security Essentials (MSE). Link in my sig.

1. Run a FULL SCAN. Do not run a quick scan.

2. What is your native language?

3. In which country do you reside?

4. Please complete your system specs.
