It could be a matter of how the browsers are treating cookies when they close, and SAS.5 is reviewing their Folders after they close.
This is speculation on my part
, but maybe SAS.4 kept a running count while the browsers are open, and quarantining them while they are open, then probably re-scanning the browser Folders to make sure that it did not miss anything.
Then a user needs to understand how SAS treats malware. It seems SAS has a Black, and White list:
