Windows 7: windows security center service can't be started

Copy and paste these lines in Note pad.

Save as flush.bat to your desktop.
Right click on the flush.bat file to run it as Administrator. Your computer will reboot itself.

If your anti-virus or firewall complains, please allow this script to run as it is not malicious.
Next: Disconnect from the internet. If you are on Cable or DSL, unplug your computer from the modem.
Next: Please disable all onboard security programs (all running with back ground protection) as it may hinder the scanner from working.
This includes Antivirus, Firewall, and any Spyware scanners that run in the background.

• Double click combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
• When finished, it will produce a log for you. Post that log and a HiJackthis log in your next reply

Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while its running. That may cause it to stall
Please be patient while the scan runs, at times it may appear to stall.
When finished and after reboot (in case it asks to reboot), it should open a log, combofix.txt.
After rebooting ensure your Security applications have been re-enabled.

Did you run Combofix twice? What did it remove the first time you ran it?

Important - Save it to your desktop.

After a very short time, when the cursor hourglass disappears, click Save List To File.

ya i did run combofix twice. initially i disabled MSE but the scan warned me that it wasn't disabled, so i tried to disable MSE again. the scan again warned me that it wasn't disabled and may affect the results. finally the scan was completed but the security center service was still disabled. so i started the scan again after reboot and made sure that MSE was turned off in the task manager too, this time the scan ran normally and the problem seems to be fixed now.

Also, do you know what this is? c:\users\TEMP.gchd.000 .... if not, then please upload and have that file scanned by Virscan too.

i tried to upload the verifiern.dll file but it says, "You don't have the permission to open this file. Contact the file owner or the administrator to obtain permission". its strange because i am the administrator myself.
and that microsoft security client/a.exe, umm.... it is nothing but MSE, i had to rename it to run it(the infection didn't let it run), i renamed it back to 'msseces'.
and Temp.gchd.000, its a folder, i don't really think that it existed before the combofix scan, another folder also exists, named Temp.gchd, in the same directory.....also, both the folders have exactly same contents as that of C:\users\Temp and the subfolders are empty.....

I can't tell you what to do or how to "fix" your computer. You obviously have malware related to Vundo Vundo - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia, but you haven't revealed it to me .... so good luck with your computer experience Party on and I hope you don't infect anyone else along your way.

I didn't actually know that i have a "vundo infection", so how could i "reveal". BTW the ESET scan found no infection and the computer seems to be fixed now except that administrator thing, so may be i wont pass the infections!?
