Yep, Norton DNS is a must have. During the install of CIS there will be a box checked that says "Use Comodo's Secure DNS". Uncheck that box, because Comodo's DNS is a far cry from Norton's. If you don't uncheck that box, your DNS will switch over to Comodo's. Just read each screen before you click next and you'll be OK. No GeekBuddy, and no Comodo DNS. That's all I avoid.

Yea, I would say it's average or probably above, in terms of removal & repair.

Ahh i dont really trust windows security software and MSE is basic protection I would feel safer would tighter security like CIS. However I am noticing Microsoft is improving in terms of security so maybe in the future i will consider this..

I use CIS on my other systems, but AIS on my main system. I would use CIS on this machine too, but I was given a 2yr license for a very good price, and that was too good to pass up.

AIS is awesome. Very light in the machine, and it has a manual sandbox that is a Sandboxie clone so I have Chrome set to always open in the sandbox. It's the only suite that I would pay for. CIS, Noton DNS and Sandboxie makes for a damn near impregnable solution............Damn near.
