Boot into safe mode with networking and download Combofix. Run it.

Download Avast free antivirus and run a boot time scan. I've been running this program for years and it has never failed me.

Microsoft says to download The Microsoft Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool and use it to remove the HUPIGON TROJAN.

If you scroll down to the center of the page there are links where
Microsoft will run the Removal Tool for you and fix the problem.

    Hi,

You can download the FREE version of Malwarebytes here:

Malwarebytes : Malwarebytes Anti-Malware is a free download that removes viruses and malware from your computer

Install it, update it, and then run a full system scan. Under no circumstances should you contemplate running ComboFix without professional help.

    Regards,
    Golden

EDIT : You can also follow Imperfects good advice - that will do the trick too.
