    Same thing... different website.

I just experienced this pop-up when opening my web browser. I would rather not share the web page, as that points to my main email provider and ISP. However, was it determined this is a locally bound program (IE. installed on my machine already) or is it a web-installer spyware; like when you get a pop-up telling you so and so scanner detected virus' and "click here" to fix?

Google dont say much of anything concerning an application called ONLY "Monitor Application 1.0" by a programmer in the three blocks "T A L". Im not on an HP machine either and only have basic software installed. The most I have NOT part of my OS build is my Kodak printer app, but nothing in Kodak Support on this either.

    MiniDump file

I also went all BSOD when my intial search for details on this program began. Here is the file. If someone has away to view without downloading someones software I dont know, let me know (no offense if your the software programmer but hey, security sense is security sense... you understand, right.)

Anyhow, heres the file all Rar'd and waiting for response. I think I deleted the main memory dump file... sorry but only the minidump is here.

    Monitor Application v1.0

I am having the same problem. I am runing norton 2012, I try to stay off of stange web sites. This window only comes up the first time you open IE9, there will be NO flashing | in the search window. At this time if you hit the enter key the window will appear,("Monitor Application v1.0") hit enter again makes it go away, hit enter again its back. Clicking your mouse anywhere on the page and the message goes away until you close all windows and restart IE9.

    Monitor application v1.0

I think I found the problem. Check and see if you are running Video excelerator from speedbit. If you are exit or uninstall it and the problem will go away.
