MS Standalone System Sweeper

I booted with msss_media64.iso and the boot went fine. I ended up in Win 7 with no messages or screens in between. Is that because I had no problems in my OS?

OK

Mine was located at -->

C:\Users\All Users\Microsoft\Microsoft Standalone System Sweeper Tool

The log showed no errors but was dated 9/12/11 Which is when I dl'd it.

I don't think there is a problem. I guess I will have to wait for a crash.

Hammerhead,
go to \windows\standalone system sweeper\support

You will have two log files there.

Good Info

After reading your last post It appears I have not got it working. I will look at my dl'd files to make sure they are correct and I will create another iso and see what happens. I have no sub "standalone" directory under Windows. I'll post back.

Sweeper Not A Prob

Burned a CD and it boots fine. I was try to boot via a Zalman VE200 Virtual CD and it won't do it. It does one of those boots where the bios seeks out an OS.

I have a 32bit XP (SP3) system that badly needs to be scanned offline. Four h/ds on an old 3Ware raid0 card (Escalade DiskSwitch 5400) are making it difficult. The 2k drivers work great for XP. (There are none newer.) When I built the bootable cd, there was no option to add the drivers. When...
