    problem with LOSD.exe always running


    hi!

    i have windows 7 32 bit home edition.
    i have detected that a process name LOSD.exe is always
    working in the background, i cant close nor can i right click it in the task manager...
    when i searched it the directory is program files/ atk hotkey.
    i tried to scan it with:
    windows defender, avg, avira, ad aware and all said there is no problem and still i cant close it!
    what can i do?
    how can i terminate it for good???

    No system specs.

    A quick search says it's Lenovo On Screen Dislplay (LOSD). Part of Lenovo's Energy/Cut bloatware.
