Does the drive contain any important data?
First off, make sure that the hdd is not connected
2) install
Malware Bytes (click on download) then exit from ESET, now update malware bytes then run a full system scan with it
3) if it hasn't found any viruses you can connect the hdd if you dare
3) run the scan again with malware bytes, now you can kill the virus easily
