Try some ondemand scanner like MBAM, Hitman pro or SAS. Remember to update before scanning. Report back if still having problem

Hitman Pro 3 - SurfRight
Download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.51.2 - FileHippo.com
Download SuperAntiSpyware 5.0.1134 - FileHippo.com

Try Malwarebyre antimalware first. Install it then update it and do a quick scan after the scan completes click ok and show results. Be sure everything is selected then click remove selected. post the log here then reboot.

Hitman does not need to be installed but it will need internet connectivity to scan the computer. Just run the downloaded file and scan.
