Solved MSE scan freezes

Need assistance please !
windows 7 home premium
when running a quick scan I have no problem
when running a full scan it freezes on
C:\windows\system32\codeIntegrity\driver.stl

I have tried to find a thread to inform me how to fix, but so far no luck....sorry if there is one & I didn't find it. Thanks for any help.

ok ran the superantispyware scan & removed anythimg that was found......here is the result from that scan

any ideas on what I should do next to fix this?
I did do a complete uninstall of java and maleware bits a month ago.......I only run full scans at the beginning of the month, so have no clue what caused MSE full scan to freeze

driver.stl is a certificate of MS not valid since 2007 and not renewed yet...

You could try in MSE Parameters to lower the limit of % (let's say 30%) from processor process during the scan.

had to have pro. fix, but all ok now

I am also having this issue. i have already fixed the random system freezing by installing updated graphics driver, and also fixed freezing with you tube and wmp by uninstalling a bad windows 7 system update. and i think this is my last issue. mse works fine with quick scan but i let my computer do a full scan through the night, my screensaver kicked in and when i turned my monitiors on to check on it after a few hours, my screensaver was froze and had to manually turn it off. any suggestions would be helpful. i will try the program listed above when i get home.
