    Windows 7 RTM AVG problem


    Hey my AVG recently updated and now windows says i dont have any antivirus turned on
    Does anyone have any idea why
    Any input is helpfull.

    Yep it happens sometimes. That's quite normal. Try and reinstall AVG. It will fix this issue.

    Is that the retail or the free home version? If you are running the free version I would uninstall it and then go for the latest download in case which may already have the latest update included. The update itself may have a bug in that since AVG usually sees all updates go right on.

    2nd option;

    If looking for a freeware, go for Avast.
    Don't mind paying, go for Vipre Av.

    i dont really like paying for things and i prefer using free ones ;D
