Windows 7 - How to display the dialog to unlock a encrypted drive by BitLocker

My problem is the external drive can be accessed. I decrypt this hard drive and the error "The parameter is incorrect" occurs at 2% of the progress. And everything is horrible after that moment. I can't access as well as operate anything on the hard drive.

All the operations of exploring and retrieving data on it make the system hang. However, if I unplug it the computer, the dialog to enter the unlocked password displays. I had spent some days to solve the problem but all my efforts are zero.
