Why were you in her home if she's your ex?
As for securing your network. Change the passphrase on your router and change the password on your email.
Do a virus scan and malware scan.

Has she installed stealth software on your PC? It's almost undetectable. Such software can copy emails to her, send regular screenshots, and give her a keystroke history.

I'm therefore assuming she has also read your post..

Change the Router Password or Reset the IP Address, or even get a new Router.

    Excellent advice.

Then scan your computer with at least three different programs, such as Malwarebytes, Microsoft Security Essentials (there is a new, free, standalone version which runs from a disc), and at least one other program. I'd throw in a rootkit detector for good measure.

I'd also gather some evidence (along with what you already have) and be prepared to confront her with it. Don't make any specific threats, just point out that what is happening is against the law and you are considering contacting the authorities. A strong hint that if she is involved it would be way more trouble than harassing an ex-boyfriend is worth ought to end the problem.

I'd do the other things first, and only resort to the last if you are absolutely sure that the problem hasn't gone away after the router changes and malware scans.

Also check to see if there are no remote connection apps like LogMeIn, TeamViewer, etc.
