UAC gets active when changing private folder name

Hi all,

I'am using emacs editor which does not need any installation thus I extract the folder to my private documents folder:
d:/programs/emacs-23/bin/runemacs.exe
Starting this application does not request UAC.

... Till I change the folder name (removing the version number):
d:/programs/emacs/bin/runemacs.exe
Here the UAC pops up!?

But when changing to any other name UAC does not bother me:
d:/programs/emacsx/bin/runemacs.exe

I'am puzzled? because on my previous installation (Windows 7 32bit) I had no such troubles ...

Any ideas?
thx
