You'll have to contact HP for that. You'll likely have to prove ownership before they help you bypass the password though. Removing the CMOS battery on a laptop won't reset the passwords. They are stored in an eeprom instead of an eprom like on a desktop PC. eeproms don't forget when you remove the power.
