    Welcome
I am not one of the Windows Seven Security Experts, but I have read some of their posts. They have suggested many times that the best way to remove a trojan is to format and reinstall. Sorry, but I am just trying to offer the best help that I know how and would take my own advice if needed. I do wish you the best.

Download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware from this link Malwarebytes : Malwarebytes Anti-Malware PRO removes malware including viruses, spyware, worms and trojans, plus it protects your computer.
Install and update and perform full system scan.Check all the trojans it finds and restart your system.

Which anti virus you currently have installed in your system??

If you run several scans using different products and they all come back clean, you have a good chance that the malware has been removed. But as Rich said earlier, once a machine becomes infected you can never be 100% sure that all of the malware has been removed no matter how many different scans you use.

Some other free scans (32-bit and 64-bit versions available) besides Malwarebytes are:

    Hitman Pro 3 - SurfRight

HouseCall - Free Online Virus Scan - Trend Micro USA

    Comodo Cleaning Essentials

I have run Super Anti Spyware for a long time. Some times it needs to be run in Safe Mode to get all of them. A least it works for me that way.
I'm now using MSE, Malware Pro and SAS stand alone.

just go to search by the start button
Type turn windows features on and off.
    Then tick IE
    Its just like an uninstall.
