    Enable bitlocker without TPM on Windows 7


    Hello all!
    I want to Enable bitlocker without TPM on Windows 7, but I can't.
    I was searching on the internet, How do I Enable bitlocker without TPM and I don't can find Control Panel Setup: Enable advanced startup options from Local Group Policy Editor.
    How do I Enable bitlocker without TPM on Windows 7?

    gpedit.msc > Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > BitLocker Drive Encryption > Operating System Drives > Require Additional Authentication at Startup > Enable

    Thank you, doubleblack for help.
    I have an additional question for you or for everybody.
    After Bitlocker encrypts my HDD, when I plugged on my USB KEY, Bitlocker will decrypts the files from my HDD or Bitlocker will decrypts my files from hdd on the fly, when I'm working on my computer?

    So if you dual boot and the os's are on a drive that has a partition on it can i enable bitlocker from within win 7 and still be able to boot from the vista drive and access the storage harddrives that i've also encrypted with bitlocker from within windows 7?
