Windows 7: Print Management blocked from Printer - Publisher not verified

Hello all,

I have recently setup Print Management on my Windows 7 Enterprise machine. It connects to network printers just fine, except for one. The only difference is that this printer's webpage uses Java. When I try to access this printer's webpage in Print Management, I get the following security warning:

"Windows has blocked this software because it can't verify the publisher.

Name: <IP of Printer>
Publisher: Unknown Publisher
---------------------------

Windows suggests that Active X is part of the problem. But Internet Explorer accesses the Printer's webpage just fine.

Windows Firewall is on at the moment, but this problem with Print Management was there when WF was off.

Any help would be appreciated.
