Lost right side of start menu to virus

A virus made a whole bunch of folders hidden, so the user wasn't able to access her desktop. I've removed the virus and scanned the computer thoroughly with a few different products, so I think we're good now. Unhiding her user folder got her her documents and desktop icons back.

There's something weird going on with the start menu, however. The All Programs button is still there, but all the buttons on the right side of the menu--user folder, Computer, Control Panel, etc.--are gone. Interestingly, the administrative user's start menu is fine. It's just this user who has been affected.

How can I fix the start menu? Thanks!

See if this is what your looking for. Start, right click on blank spot/properties/customize/set default.
