About freaking time! I noticed the new taskbar icon, and in the Programs list, it moves it to top of list with the colored icons instead of yellow folder on bottem of list. Other than that, just a new version change 1.407 > 1.500, Connect still says 1.407. I wonder if this is interim change for Beta testers or the official RTM?

Shows on my connect:

Notice the date is still the old June 21 date but the build number is new (1.0.1500.0).

Also, I checked earlier this afternoon (no more than 2 hours ago) and I only showed the 1047 build as well....

I added more to my post - read it again. In 2 hours difference, the version has changed but not the date - yet.

Also, if you use the upgrade tool from the Help menu you can get it now.

It'll also update the program via Windows Update "Microsoft Security Essentials product update version package (Optional)", 4.6MB. Requiring you to restart the computer.
