Windows 7: May I safely allow these chatroulette connection or should I block?

I enjoy Chatroulette but when I use it I often get alerts from Comodo's firewall. The sites seems to work fine if I block the connection but I do get them repeatedly and I am hesitant to create a rule to permanently allow or block them. Does anyone have any experience and can tell me what they are and what I should do?

I have been to the website and the webcam chat is eloquently described as "Extremely NSFW (Not Safe For Work)". Your Comodo Firewall is asking to block it for an additional reason, the chats are very "porno" oriented, and not fit for children to view! so I guess you are saying that the connections when using Chatroulette could be connections from potentially malicious porn sites? I have never seen any adds though.

I asked Comodo forums and they said I should stealth my ports and prob won't get anymore unsolicited requests.
