No ... DDS means 'doesn't do squat' ... all it does is show me information for determining possible hidden malware.

No ... it's not meant to freeze your system.

Download CKScanner from here http://downloads.malwareremoval.com/CKScanner.exe
Save it to your desktop. <=== IMPORTANT
Doubleclick CKScanner.exe and click Search For Files. You may need to right click and run as Administrator.
After a very short time, when the cursor hourglass disappears, click Save List To File.
A message box will verify that the file is saved.
Double-click the CKFiles.txt icon on your desktop and copy/paste the contents in your next reply.
