    error saying "polarzip.dll invalid


    every few days i keep getting the following error

    "run time error 339
    component polarzip light.dll or one of its dependencies not correctly registered; a file is missing or invalid"

    ive ran uniblue powersuite and not found any problems
    any help appreciated

    which program have you installed that had polarzip.dll ?
    I'm interested as there are 2 possibilities of it being malware.

    Obviously if you know where it came from you can take the advice from quickdraw2011

    * If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
    * Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.

    * Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
    * When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location. Copy and Paste that log into your next reply.
