Did you not read the previous posts? You've had been provided with links for various methods to copy data irrepective of windows booting or not.

Hey I'm going to reinstall windows. Do in need backup then? should i backup or will it be in windows. Old folder? I told my sister about what happened. She said it was OK if she kept her pictures. But it takes forever to backup. Should i do it?

At the type of installation screen, selecting 'Upgrade' will move your old installation and related files to windows.old folder. So yes.
But its always better to take the backup of important data manually.

On the earlier posts in said it needed to boot into windows to use the upgrade function. But it have installed with and it works now :-)

Hmm i need help again. Now i only have a rezolution on 1024x768 but before i had something like 1366x something. And im choosing the theme to windows 7 but i dont have aero. And now it trying to oppdate the driver but it cant. And im trying to update updates with windows update (wow) but when im restarting it says it couldnt configure updates.

So, your now able to boot windows and your data is intact? If its so, the purpose of this thread is achieved so please mark this as solved.
