No im not able to boot normally to windows but at the recovery stuff there is command prompt where i can type sfc /scannow and all that stuff
type bootrec /scanos in command window and see if it detects windows installation.
To be honest, it'd be quite quicker and wiser to just backup your data and do a repair install.

Both your questions has already been answered in the earlier ports. Go through this thread again from start.
You didn't even tell if its a laptop or desktop as most laptops come with a recovery partition pre-installed which will reset your machine to factory settings.

You can backup your computer with: Copy & Paste - in Windows Recovery Console

You can repair your computer with a clean install. Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7

Or you can use the factory system image as suggested. That would probably be the safer route if you have the recovery partition intact. We would need to know what laptop/desktop vendor you have to help you with this.

    In the meantime,
Backup your files first-- Backup your files-- Lucid Puppy way to recover files from a non-bootable computer

    Then try running these:

Also, Open a command window and type diskpart and hit enter.
Enter the commands one at a time.
    Code:
    list disk
select disk <number that is displayed for first command>
    list partition
    OR
Download partition wizard home edition iso, burn and boot from it and post a screenshot of the disk layout.
