Windows 7: All of a sudden I have multible web sites blocked?

Hey guys!

Just over the past 2 days my web browsers, Firefox AND Explorer limit my sites. I can no longer visit CNN, or WIMP, or MANY news sites. www.si.com is blocked too. I have no idea why. www.break.com too, such random sites, all blocked.

Any ideas guys? Many more I just care not to list them all.

run whatever AV you have in safe mode and then run malwarebytes.org the free version, also in safe mode

Have you checked to see whether your ISP has imposed any sort of a cap to your usage?

Can't say about the av without knowing about it but run malwarebytes in normal mode.
Safe mode loads the minimal amount of drivers which may affect malwarebytes. I read it once on their forum.

Flush your DNS Cache: Open an elevated command window and enter the following:
