Windows 7: had a bad virus, now all my EXEs will not work

Hello I had a bad Virus, I downloaded MalwareBytes to get rid of it.
When Malwarebtyes was done my computer worked great, then while I was surfing the net the computer just rebooted itself. When It came back on All my shortcuts and executables became unusable. When I click on them if i have task manager on, I can see the program come up for between 1 and 5 seconds before it just disappears.
I cannot run any antivirus, anti malware hijack this or even rkill. Not even in safe mode, I even tried changing the file names to .com these programs will just not launch.

I downloaded the registry entries for exe and exefile and changed them, then after a restart the same thing.

I am new to this so if I forgot any info please ask

Windows defender is working i have it doing a full scan right now and it looks like it found something. will post results when its done if wanted

Sounds like you didn't get rid of all the viruses on your system. Were you running any antivirus software prior to getting infected?

Yes AVG and I ran adaware every week or so

If Adaware is a full A/V, you have 1 too many on your rig. Sandboxie is your friend
