Windows 7: hacked

Whats up so i was chatting with a dude hes from hungary and said hes a rapper and stuff and he want to have a beat for a remix and he send me a accapela from over skype so we talk he talk i typed i have no mic after 20mins i start lauging about some thing and i hear my self over hes speakers

now i have 2 screens and the other screen has a speakers build in the monitor let me know what to do the aceppela has a size of 37000 kb i dont no many a secret hiding file in it that actived my monitor speakers let me know what the to thxx

s0me ppl said its not possibel to send a virus intro a wav file maby while sending he scan my ip or something let me know what you tink thx
