    Who is your network administrator?

If it is you go to simply open up Applocker and disable the rule to block Keytool.exe.

Sorry this is brief, I'm not on my computer so can't give exact paths.

Yes apologises, I can't give a step by step as I can't even remember how to get to Applocker, don't use it. I'm sure if you type "gpedit" in the start menu, fire that open and applocker is somewhere in that structure. If no one comes onto this thread I can help you in a few hours until I get home after work.

Hello Anddev, and welcome to Seven Forums.

When you get to the screenshot below from step 4 in the tutorial below, you would normally right click on the "Executable Rule" in the right pane and click on "Delete" to remove the ones you want instead. You do not appear to have any executable rules listed in your screenshot though.

    Hope this helps,
    Shawn

Ah, ok. You used a 3rd party program to lock it before.

I'm happy to hear that you got it sorted. Thank you for posting back with your results. :)
