| | UKASH virus Hi all, I have downloaded defender to a usb stick, problem is it wont boot from the stick. I have the UKASH virus and can't even get into safe mode it just throws me out. If my machine is not formatted to boot from usb and I can't get in to change it what options do I have. | | All I get is Hp invent and then the xp window and then immediately after that the ukash virus comes up and I cant do anything? |

| | Try tapping F2 or delet repeatedly while the machine is booting. |

| | Its ok I worked it out changed the boot order to make the flash drive first and now defender is running, fingers crossed. Paul |

| | Ok it picked up the virus and removed it, I went in a reset the reboot order but now I cant get past the black screen with all the options for safe mode etc, anything I do it just returns to this screen. Paul |

| | Should be an option to start normally. Might have to try a hard restart. |
