Malware quarantined Hapilli but Im still being redirected

Greetings- I experienced the Google redirects a couple years ago on a different PC and resolved with help from BC forum. Now my WIn7 netbook has fallen into the abyss, I found this resource so I thought I'd give it a try. Having been through it once before several years ago I recognized the symptoms quickly. No idea where it came in through as I have all the Avast prot running, but here it is.

I run Avast AV normally (which did not find or flag any issue) but in this case I ran Malwarebytes which snagged and quarantined 3 Hapilli items. Good ! However, after reboots, etc the bugs are still there.

When I re-run Malwarebytes it no longer finds anything- but symptom still exists so I am throwing myself on the mercy of the folks in the White Hats !

Anyone care to run me through this ?
