Malwarebytes found it using the complete scan which included rootkits and put it in Quarantine and I removed it from there.
Now I want to remove the picture so it don't take so long to do scans.
Remind me how to take ownership of the damn picture.
I have already remove it from the registry and it is still there.

Forgot all about that Tutorial. I took ownership and now I'm searching for it to make sure it's gone.
Then I will run another scan with Malwarebytes.
Then remove all restore points and make a new one.
Then I will wipe the free space just to make sure the Trojan stays gone.
