John, I thought someone posted a way for you to transfer it from one machine to another. Newegg has made a special deal outside of MBAM. Check your local people, maybe one of them has it for a lower price as well. If you have a lifetime license you don't have to pay again. You should buy one for each machine you have, the lifetime is good for only one machine.

    Yes, here it is

    Using Malwarebytes Anti-Malware uninstall tool
Our special uninstall tool, mbam-clean.exe, was created to completely remove all traces of the program from your computer. This can be useful if you need to remove your product ID and Key from one computer to register the program on a new computer or if you're having trouble with the program, as often a clean uninstall and reinstall of the software will correct many common problems.

    To use the utility:
    • Download and run mbam-clean.exe from here.
    • Restart your computer when prompted.

John, I don't know if you saw my previous post about this, but this site has the lifetime licenses and show Australian Dollar as a currency during checkout...

Anyone know how long v1.75 will be supported with database updates? I am strongly considering a roll back.
An MBAM Staff person says probably a year or less for V1 support:

The vendor in David's link also sells in AUD too.
Uncheck the extended download insurance, or that will make you mad too.

Thank you Bill. First post updated. :)
For anyone needing the Ver. 1.75 installer it can be downloaded from FileHippo:
    Download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.75 - FileHippo.com

    Shawn,
What do you think of adding this "Older version" link to page one for folks that have issues with Ver. 2 and want to go back to Ver. 1.75?

    Thanks, David

Maybe I missed this, but does the free version 2.xx also cause freezes, or just the Pro (paid) version?
