Windows 7: Our network has been hacked. Are they into Apple Stuff and PS3 too?

If he keeps gettings viruses etc, has to be something he is installing when redoing windows dont it?

Or one of his other computers is infected, and as soon as the new computer joins the network, the malware is redistributed. again (typical of worms).
