Our network has been hacked. Are they into Apple Stuff and PS3 too?

What do you mean "restore the BIOS"? You haven't supplied any names of malware so we can't be sure if anything has tampered with the BIOS. Don't go messing with the BIOS before you are sure what you are dealing with - it will only end in tears.

Do the following first before doing anything else:
System Info - See Your System Specs

Scan your computer with this, and list the names of the malware if any:

What router have you got? is it still set to default settings?

Default user name passwords?

what sort of WIFI security you running? ....NOT wep?

Sounds like they have brute forced your WPA..OR WEP encryption using either backtrack something like that...then maybe they have used something like Cain & Abel to sniff your network triaffic and get all they need..
passwords...login deatils etc....etc

Ok 1st change your SSID name and set it to hidden.

If your using WEP encryption, cease this straight away and use WPA2 encryption..use a wpa2 key generator to give you a nice strong key..... go here for that Create WPA Key for your Wireless Network Router

In order to access your router, you will be using a browser from a potentially infected computer - what do you think that means? You first need to find & clean up your internal problem on all your computers using this:

Windows Defender Offline

You need to have a very clear idea about what you are dealing with. Your problem is not what is coming in, but what is being sent out.

Why not do it this way 1st? He needs to see whats connected to his router! change all those secuirty settings...this is a neighbour most likely fondling about on his network having used backtrack to compromise nothing more than weak and dealut secuirty on his router. I thought this guy had scanned all his computers with up to date AV... his OS is pactched!!

A week ago, I'm going back and buying another computer. Then I am canceling AT&T and going with Comcast Then I am going to setup the new network with the brand new protected computer. Can anyone answer my original questions?

My PS3 . When I hook it up to the new network can it also ping this *******?
What about my apple products? IPADS 2, I phones 3, can they call out to this thing once connected to my new, clean, network with Comcast? My direct TV? Do I need to get rid of that too?

The guy who understands the whole calling out thing, can you answer this for me?
I apologize for getting distracted and trying to start cleaning up my computer earlier, I understand completely what I'm dealing with. Thank you. I need a completely clean computer and a new network, but what about these other devices?

Buddy your being to hasty gitting rid of your computers....

What trojans have you found in the past! Your sure your wifi router hasnt been compromised? You would be very surprised what can be done through just sniffing network traffic with Cain or other network sniffers.. Your saying all your Apple accounts have been compromised!!! Plus your Windows laptops are always getting hit and you have some problems with your PS3! This would have to be one badass trojan to infect all those machines... They all have very different exploits and are so very different in terms of coding... I betting someone is close to you who is very good at compromising wireless encryption..and has done so and loaded a network sniffer and sniffed all your packets from those different bits of kit your talking about!! Its called ARP poisoning or a man in the middle attack where by hes tricked your router into thinking hes the gateway and all your traffic is being routed through him...he sees everyhing from your ipad traffic to your ps3 traffic etc etc plus with more know how he could do so much more.... I've seen it...I've caught someone doing it and it's very scary
