This message keeps popping up every now and then. Something I should wary of?

You are going to a site or sites that are giving you a virus or you have a virus that is removed but installs again, possibly at boot up.
Make a full anti virus scan and be sure you are updated
Then boot the computer and try again.
Then download and make a full scan with Malwarebytes. Post results.

My guess is a java exploit. Follow rich's good advice and install Malwarebytes and run a full scan.
