Have you installed a toolbar or something? Some get installed when you installed other software. Also, what browser do you use? And does "Note.com" open at startup of the browser?
The pages opened on startup can be easily edited:
1. Go to the settings of your Internet-Browser. Try to find the place where you can select which pages will be opened on startup.
2. Change it.
3. Done!
Note.com is also not a used domain right now. As you may see; the page tries to sell you the domain. This means that the domain is registered, but not used currently.
I don't think Note.com is a bad site. By Googlin' it you get the text: You found note.com, so will your customers. It's a great label for your website and will help you define your identity on the Web.
Also; My Norton Antivirus doesn't report it as bad.
Hope this helps!

The question to me is not whether it is good or bad but how did I get something I didn't want or ask for. Remove it at all cost if you don't want it. I got a new search engine last week when downloading a program I wanted. I indicated I didn't want to add the search engine but it still downloaded and installed. I removed it and will never use it no mater how good it is.
