Appearance of unknown words during right click of any folder

Whenever I right click a folder, there's this unknown words that appears under 'Open'.
When I click it, it leads me to a site called 'gggdu.com'.
How can I remove it?
I know there's a type of software that could remove it, but what's the name of the software again?

Hello Ron, and welcome to Seven Forums.

I believe you may be looking for ShellExView or ShellMenuView to hopefully remove it.

It wouldn't hurt to do a full scan of your system with MalwareBytes Anti-Malware free just to help make sure that your system is clean in case this was done by malware.

All I get when Googling using Firefox is, This site is untrusted. When using I.E.9 it's a mess I can't read. Sounds and smell like a infection of some kind.

Three chinese origins words are now appearing on the list whenever I right click on any folder!
