Yes, you can and most likely won't have any problem. But I don't find any utility either. Kaspersky on its own is an excellent antivirus (and a great resource hog, by the way) and I don't think you need anything else. If you have the full version, it even has a firewall.

If you mean the free Malwarebytes, yes you can and should. The free Malwarebytes is used as a weekly scan and there is not real time protection and no conflict. If there is a conflict you can set up both pieces of software to ignore each other. Malwarebytes specializes in Malware (adware, etc). Take if from me, for that extra protection, use both.
Personally, I prefer Microsoft Security Essentials over Kaspersky. Security Essentials is one of the few A/V that I have not seen cause BSODs on Windows.

You don't - they are two separate applications that run independently of one another.

Test your anti-malware/anti-virus protection with EICAR
As many of you know(quite a few don't) what EICAR is, this is a open poll to see what programs pick it up and what programs fail the basic tests. I am conducting this poll because A-Squared failed to see this on a scan, but MSE picked it up before it could be downloaded. So after you take...

Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Win 7
Anybody tried this??? Is unstable and launches "Previous application launch failed" errors frequently, yet the program still runs. I don't want any security software that is either free, cause I don't trust such software, or trial-ware. Which paid for AVs work on 7? I got licenses for...
