Yes, you can and most likely won't have any problem. But I don't find any utility either. Kaspersky on its own is an excellent antivirus (and a great resource hog, by the way) and I don't think you need anything else. If you have the full version, it even has a firewall. | My System Specs | | Computer type Laptop System Manufacturer/Model Number Toshiba Sattelite A665-S6092 OS Windows 7 Ultimate x64 CPU Intel Core i7-740QM Memory 8 GB DDR3 Graphics Card NVIDIA GeForce 330GT Screen Resolution 1366x768 Cooling Coolermaster Notepal U3 notebook cooling pad Hard Drives Samsung 840 SSD 500GB

If you mean the free Malwarebytes, yes you can and should. The free Malwarebytes is used as a weekly scan and there is not real time protection and no conflict. If there is a conflict you can set up both pieces of software to ignore each other. Malwarebytes specializes in Malware (adware, etc). Take if from me, for that extra protection, use both.
Personally, I prefer Microsoft Security Essentials over Kaspersky. Security Essentials is one of the few A/V that I have not seen cause BSODs on Windows. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Dell XPS 420 OS Windows 7 Home Premium SP1, clean install, upgrade disc CPU Intel Core2 processsor Q8200(2.33Ghz 1333FSB) Quad Core Tech Motherboard Dell Memory 6 gb Graphics Card ATI Radeon 256MB HD3650 Sound Card Intergrated 7.1 Channel Audio Monitor(s) Displays Dell SP2009W 20" Keyboard Dell USB Keyboard Mouse Dell Premium Optical USB Cooling Fan Hard Drives 640 GB Serial ATA Hard drive Internet Speed DSL 2.85 |
