Plug in an external keyboard to see if the problem still occurs, not to change to an external keyboard.
If so then uninstall your keyboard driver in Device Manager and reboot the PC to auto-reinstall it.

in program and features, i didn't see there's any like keyboard driver, so usually i uninstall the keyboard driver through device manager list, "keyboard device filter" then i uninstall, then reboot, yes the PC will auto-reinstall that driver...
But the problem still occurs sir...
So tomorrow i will buy external keyboard(usb), I will try just like your advice sir . . . :)

You are correct. Look in Device Manager for Keyboard to Uninstall it's driver.
I believe it's the general consensus that your tab key is stuck which happens with use. It usually isn't related to having dropped a computer. It more than likely isn't a virus or driver. If you get an external keyboard and you don't get that problem then it is definitely the key. To completely rule out the built in keyboard you should disable it once you get the new one. If all is well afterwords you can keep using the external one of your can purchase a replacement.
I started having the same problem. I was using a USB keyboard. Bought a brand new USB keyboard, but problem persisted. Tried the new keyboard on different USB ports. Reinstalled OS from scratch on a brand new HD. Checked with several anti-viruses, anti-rootkit, anti-malware and found nothing suspect. Still my keyboard behaves erratically - it starts repeating the tab key when I press it once and only stops when I press caps lock or ESC. Sometimes starts repeating by itself. It usually starts repeating as soon as the computer is turned on, ie, even before windows is loaded. Left shift does not work. The letter A cannot be made uppercase with either left- or right- shift, only by using caps lock. Both keyboards have presented the same problem.
I am stil researching what to do. Restoring BIOS default values did not work. It seems that removing the battery from the BIOS and replugging it, according to some technicians, may work. I have not tried that yet. A more dramatic solution would be to update the bios directly from the manufacturer's site.
I will keep you guys posted. Only wrote so far before I have a solution because I didnt want the topic to be closed on a general conclusion that it was just a faulty keyboard. It seems that this is a new situation, many people are experiencing this erratic keyboard behaviour, with subtle differences, and they can never find a virus on their system. It usually follows invasion by a trojan that is later removed (as in my case). I will post what I discover.
I have heard of BIOS viruses that cause the PC to be bricked but haven't come across one yet. A tech at Staples here insists he sees it regularly. But I wonder why we've not seen it yet here that I know of.
I would try the CMOS methods here: Clear CMOS - 3 Ways to Clear the CMOS - Reset BIOS
Then if necessary reflash the BIOS with the latest Update from your PC or mobo's Support Downloads webpage. I don't see how an infection could survive in the hardware then unless it's hiding in RAM.

Hi its 2 years down and we are facing this problem with our laptop. Does anybody know the solution. We tried reformatting BIOS windows device driver keyboard hardware etc etc.
Even changed xp to win 7...
Deleted all content on laptop
This problem happens as soon as we press power.
We changed keyboard settings also.
No virus detected
We are stuck

Can you describe exactly what happens that makes you think you have BIOS infection? Best would be a video uploaded to Youtube and linked here - use Youtube icon in reply box, paste all characters after = in Youtube URL.
Please try a USB keyboard, and try the onscreen keyboard to see if there is a difference.
