pcCMService found in Services

I keep a careful check on Start up and Services using msconfig. I have two new entries in Services namely
pcCMService by Alcatel-Lucent and
pcCMService by Alcatel-Lucent64.
As far as I can find out, pcCMService is part of the Dell software! But Alcatel-Lucent looks odd.
Any idea if I should have these two an is it safe to delete them? I have run my Norton 360 and Malwarebytes and all is clear.
Thanks
